Sales Associate Philladelphia

Identify, discover and close new client. Network with startups, founders, venture capitalists and corporate visionaries. Attend MeetUps, identify prospects, and close deals with the next wave of innovators that are changing the world.

  • Own the sales funnel and hit ambitious sales targets
  • Support closed accounts and oversee the successful execution of new partnerships
  • Work closely with management by sharing customer insights to shape future product development
  • Understand the ins and outs of the platform to clearly articulate Rouge's value proposition
  • Work closely with and maintain steady communication with account manager
  • Be a great team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
  • The drive to learn, contribute, and to make a difference
  • Capacity to negotiate and cut through rejection to achieve goals
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Self-motivated, and comfortable thinking on your feet
  • Sales experience in the education space a plus
